The Center for Education is a program within the Kosovo Institute for Research and Policy Development – KIPRED. The objective of “KIPRED – Center for Education” is to, through lectures on critical thinking, research and writing skills, increase the potential of young people for a critical approach to social problems and prepare them for a better career for the future. In addition to lectures, “KIPRED – Center for Education” will achieve these objectives through the inclusion of practical work.
By joining this Center, among other things, the participants will have the opportunity to: (i) complete the internship at KIPRED; (ii) to publish their works within “KIPRED – Center for Education”, and (iii) to be provided with a certificate. All these will depend on the success shown during the participation.
On this occasion, KIPRED opens the competition for all those interested to apply to this Center which will contain lectures and practical approaches in:
1. Critical thinking (2 hours per week)
2. Research and writing skills (2 hours per week)
Those interested must meet the following conditions for application:
– Be between the ages of 19 and 24;
– To be pursuing Bachelor studies in the field of social sciences;
– Have an average grade above 7.5 or equivalent to this grade;
– Knowledge of the English language is an advantage;

The application deadline is September 15, 2014. The program starts in October, while the lectures will be held every week for 2 hours and will last for 2 months.
