KIPRED Institute has published the report "Local Elections in Kosovo 2013: Overview and recommendations for electoral reform". This paper aims to provide a chronological description of the process of local elections 2013, including pre-election environment and the effects on the election of the dialogue for normalization of relations between Kosovo and Serbia.
