On March 1, 2024 KIPRED presented in Prishtina the policy paper “Russia’s Influence on the EU Facilitated Kosovo Serbia Dialogue”.

The analysis encompasses the historical context of Russia’s involvement in the strained relations between Kosovo and Serbia against the backdrop of Yugoslavia's dissolution. It delves into Moscow’s interference in the current dialogue facilitated by the European Union between Kosovo and Serbia, elucidating Russia’s specific objectives in this process. Furthermore, the study explores the intersection of the dialogue with Russia’s regional security, military, and economic interests, shedding light on the implications for Kosovo’s pursuit of international organizational membership.
