This new cycle of trainings for political parties in various municipalities of Kosovo is a continuation of the project ‘Internal democracy in political parties’, where this year the module on ‘Strategic institutional and organizational building of political parties’ is developed, analyzed and discussed.
This module is an adaptation of some instruments and methodologies of strategic institutional and organizational construction of developmental institutions for political parties. The strategic management of institutional and organizational building is an instrument that helps political parties to avoid and overcome difficulties, and it is a cyclical process that begins with the formulation of the strategy, its implementation and evaluation, and reformulation again of strategy.
